Assistant Professor: Joint with Chemical and Biological Engineering

The Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment and the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering invite applications for a tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor level, effective as early as September 1, 2013. The search is open to candidates specializing in any aspect of energy and sustainability, including but not limited to: energy generation, conversion, and/or storage; biofuels via biochemical or chemical/thermal transformations; waste heat recovery; water desalination; and separations, capture, and/or chemical transformations of carbon dioxide.

The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related field, demonstrated excellence in academic research, and a strong commitment to teaching and advising undergraduate and graduate students.
