The Transatlantic Program for Young Technology Leaders (TAP-YTL) is pleased to announce its 2014 Smart Grid & Energy Storage delegation trip to Germany this fall. The delegation will offer 12 select participants the chance to explore cutting-edge innovations in electric power management during an exclusive, 8-day trip throughout Germany.

Participants of the 2014 delegation will engage with key players of the German energy industry, visit leading research institutions, and personally interact with engineers, public officials, and business leaders driving the next generation of grid technology. Structured intercultural communications training is integrated into the program to assist the Young Technology Leaders in expanding their networks and advancing their careers.
