Emily Carter, the Gerhard R. Andlinger Professor of Energy and the Environment, and a professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and Applied and Computational Mathematics at Princeton University, has been selected as the recipient of the 2015 Hirschfelder Award from the University of Wisconsin. The award recognizes outstanding achievements by theoretical chemists and, as such, has been awarded to some of the most eminent individuals in the field.
