The American Public Power Association (APPA) is now accepting applications for scholarships through its Demonstration of Energy & Efficiency Developments (DEED) Program. APPA is the service organization for the nation’s community-owned electric utilities. DEED is APPA’s research program that funds innovative, energy-related research.

Funds will be awarded for internships, student research, technical design projects, and educational scholarships. Application deadlines are October 15, 2013 and February 15, 2014. For more information and to apply, visit the APPA website.
