Deploying carbon reducing technologies & processes in cement production

The goal of the contest is to find solutions for deploying profitable, scalable clean technology or
process changes that can result in annual, gigaton (one billion ton) scale abatement of CO2 emissions.

Eligibility
Global contest open to all.

Prize
The contest winner, as selected by the judges’ panel, will receive travel expenses to present their
proposal at a Carbon War Room event in 2013 or 2014. In addition, the winner will be invited to present
their work at a conference to be held at MIT in November 2013, where a $10,000 Grand Prize will be
chosen from among the winners of all Climate CoLab contests.
