The current University policy states that any indoor event with more than five (5) people and outdoor events for more than fifteen (15) people will require special approval. The approval process goes through EMS and identifies proper protocols for holding a meeting. This would include placing a request with Building Services to have the space cleaned following your meeting. Visitors are prohibited from entering all campus buildings, with exceptions that must be previously approved. The University’s Visitor Policy can be found here: https://ehs.princeton.edu/VisitorPolicy
