Andlinger Center Asst. Professor: Joint with Chemical and Biological Engineering

The Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment and the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Princeton University seek outstanding applicants for a tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor level, effective as early as September 1, 2014. The search is open to candidates specializing in any aspect of energy and sustainability, including but not limited to: bio/solar fuels via biochemical or chemical/thermal transformations; water desalination; waste heat recovery; and separations, capture, and/or chemical transformations of carbon dioxide.

The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related field, demonstrated excellence in academic research, and a strong commitment to teaching and advising undergraduate and graduate students. We seek faculty members who will create a climate that embraces excellence and diversity, with a strong commitment to teaching and mentoring that will enhance the work of the department and attract and retain students of all races, nationalities, and genders.
